By enrolling in or using any service offered by Ọmọlúàbí Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms help ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth learning experience for everyone.

1. Nature of Our Services

Ọmọlúàbí Academy provides:

Live online Yorùbá language classes (group and one-on-one)
Cultural learning sessions
Monthly virtual live sightseeing to Yorùbá heritage locations

All services are delivered live and are time-based.

2. Enrollment & Participation

Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is made
Learners are expected to attend classes on time and participate respectfully
Parents are responsible for ensuring children attend sessions in a suitable learning environment

3. Scheduling & Attendance

Group classes run on fixed schedules
One-on-one classes may be rescheduled with prior notice
Missed group sessions are not refundable but learners will be guided on how to catch up

4. Payments

All fees are charged on a monthly or agreed-upon basis
Payment secures your learning slot and instructor time
Prices may change with notice, but active learners will be informed in advance

5. No-Refund Policy (Important)

All payments made to Ọmọlúàbí Academy are non-refundable.

Why We Have a No-Refund Policy

Our classes are:

Live
Time-based
Instructor-reserved

Once you enroll and make payment, your slot is held specifically for you (or your child). This means:

Instructor time is booked and cannot be reassigned easily
Class planning and preparation begin immediately
Group class sizes are fixed to maintain quality

Because these resources cannot be recovered once reserved, we are unable to offer refunds for missed classes, schedule changes, or early withdrawal.

However, where possible, we may:

Help you reschedule one-on-one sessions with notice
Support learners in catching up on missed group lessons

This policy helps us maintain fairness, consistency, and high teaching standards for all learners.

6. Behaviour & Conduct

We expect respectful behaviour from all learners and parents. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from classes without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All lesson materials, teaching methods, and cultural content belong to Ọmọlúàbí Academy and may not be copied, recorded, or redistributed without permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.
